THE RULES:
1. You must be active
2. You must have at least ten posts or more for every power you want [10 = 1, 20 = 2]
3. Certain canons have them
4. If a certain one is the only one picked, it will be banned

NOTICE
Wildmagic is allowed, but you can only understand one species of animal and you don't have to ask for this one, but just remember, if we find more than one animal a character can talk to with wildmagic, this privilege will be taken away.

THE POWERS:

(A)
Aerokinesis is The ability to control and create air currents.
Animal Control is the ability to control and communicate with animals.
Astral Precognition is the ability to foresee into the future in dreams.
Astral Recognition is the ability to see into the past in dreams.
[VERY RARE]Atmoskinesis is the ability to control and create all four elements. (Earth, Air, Fire and Water). User will not be proficient in all elements though mind you.
Aura View is the ability to see the life forces of plants, animals, and humans.

Biokinesis is The ability to alter any DNA structure.

(C)
[VERY RARE]Carieskinesis is The ability to decay and destroy matter (applies to non living things only.)
[VERY RARE]Chaotikinesis is The ability to mentally create chaos and panic.
Cryokinesis is the ability to control and create ice.
Cytokinesis is the ability to clone any living thing whether it is a plant, insect or animal. No humans

Empathy is The ability to read another person’s feelings and transmit your own feelings to another person.
Empathic Mimicry is the ability to feel and mimic any emotion in range.

Florakinesis is The ability to control plant life.

(G)
Geokinesis is the ability to control minerals in the earth.

Healing is the ability to heal the wounds of others.
Hydrokinesis is the ability to control and create water.

(L)
Levitation is The ability to rise into the air without visible means of support.
Lie Detection is the ability to tell when someone is lying.
Lygokinesis is The ability to control raw psionic energy. (Psi Balls/Psi Shields)

Mediumship is the ability to see the spirits of the deceased.

(N)

Oneirokinesis is The ability to view and control dreams.

Persuasion is the ability to obey one's spoken commands.
Photokinesis is The ability to control and create light.
Psychometry is the ability to touch an object or person and see their past
Pyrokinesis is the ability to create and control fire

Sedation is the ability to put a person to sleep.
Shapeshifting is the ability to shift into any animal. [You cannot turn into a mythical one however.]

Telepathy is the ability to read the minds of others and manipulate thoughts.

(W)
Weather Control is the ability to control the weather.
