The court of the rouge is hidden in an underground tunnel and the only way to get into it is if you are part of the rouge. No one knows where it is and it's impossible to follow the Rouge, they hide themselves so well. If you do manage to get inside, the tunnel looks dark and dingy, but once you enter the huge opening at the end, it's beautiful and filled with light. It's one of those places you wish to see, but know that once you're there, you're trapped forever.
